Custom Cabinetry
View Woodworks also designs and builds custom wood cabinetry. All of the components that make up a cabinet are all proudly made on location in the shop. Doors, drawers, and casework, and anything related to a cabinet such as pull outs, lazy susan carousels are all made in house.
Only the finest hardware available is used on each project. Concealed hinges are supplied by Hettich, Full Extension ball bearing drawer slides are used on all drawers and pullouts, and each cabinet case is built on leg levelers which allows for easey installation and later adjustment if there should be a shift in the home's foundation.
Four Types of cabinet Design are incorporated at View Woodworks. There is the traditional face framed cabinet with overlay doors, faced framed cabinets with inset doors, frameless construction with overlay doors and frameless construction with inset doors.
View Woodworks can provide many different styles of doors, and drawer fronts. Drawers are all constructed using half blind dovetail construction which is an excellant construction joint to use on extra large and deep pot and pan drawers as the locking joint prevents the large drawer from racking and coming apart while opening and closing.
